Working Timbers Co. delights in quality workmanship and in considering every detail from the start of the design to the finish of a piece but even our passion for woodworking does not exceed our passion for our customers and their happiness. Our goal is, you must be wowed!
We accept returns for unopened and untouched product and will issue a full or partial refund or exchange as long as the piece is deemed to still be in new condition. Refunds will be issued within a 30 day window which begins on the day of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Once item is received into our shop, it will be inspected and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you receive damaged or defective items.
If you wish to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll be in touch on next steps. We ask that you pack your return carefully. Keep your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the the inspection will take place and a refund will be issued as long as there is no damage to the product.
When ordering furniture, we begin laying out our build schedule and the time frames are planned and scheduled along with other customer orders. Part of the process is sourcing the materials and wood. We will immediately begin purchasing the wood species that was requested in the order. With that said, we can only allow a 3 day window for furniture cancellation from the time an order is placed. If cancelled after the 3 day window and prior to delivery, a refund will still be given but a non-refundable 15% fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs after 30 days, a fee of 50% of the original cost will be charged and this is due to being too far into the project at that point with materials and labor invested. Once a piece of furniture is delivered, we do not offer a return or exchange. We would recommend trying to resell the item which has proven to be successful for others.
Just follow the return process stated above and then place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.
